Well, the complain is that I just think all my sales pages suck now... Especially those where I'm realizing I don't meet the readers exactly where they are. I really loved all these ideas of starting late, using context, etc... And I also didn't realize many things about design and reading on internet vs on a sales letter. It's a great combo with Ecademay.
I started copywriting with Call To Action from Ramit, which was quite good as a starting point. There were the 3 hooks, then the Bullets, written in a specific way, etc... It allowed me to have a template to start with.
Then there was Copy Slacker from Ben Settle, great book, especially the bullets appendix etc... but it still left some questions unanswered, like all these contextual elements (should we have the title early on or only late? Why don't you use stories? how do you spread content on sales page vs emails? (your secret #4 could actually talk about it a bit more), how to avoid skimmable copy?).
I think your 10,000$/h sales page secrets answered many of these questions really well.
